Pre-Requisite: Active Account

Activate your FreshService account via the email link you have received (please check the junk folder if you have not received this) or navigate to portal and reset password

Log a Call

To log a call via the Service Portal navigate to https://indigohelpdesk.freshservice.com/ and select 

  • Report an Issue

Complete the required details on the form ensuring you provide sufficient detail, this will allow us to accurately perform triage and find a progression path for your query within good time.

On completing the data input select Submit and the Support Team will receive the log you have created.
