How to Force Logoff a Resource

In IWMS portal, click the Resource menu then click Manage Resource.

Next, locate the resource you wish to Force Log off
In the event that you are able to right-click the resource and select Force Log Off.
Since you can force log off the resource, there's no need to open a ticket.

Note: The Force log off is only available if the Resource is not active, notice the red besides the Resource name. (Resource might take some time to inactive)

If the resource is still active and Force Log Off option is not visible then you need to raise a ticket in Support Team.
